Personal data collected

The website does not have an online contact form. The booking flow allows you to select a service type, duration, preferred date and appointment location, then generates a pre-filled message sent via WhatsApp to the interpreter. This information is not stored on the website's servers.

• Booking flow data: service type, duration, preferred date, appointment location and any notes. This data is transmitted via WhatsApp and is not recorded by the website.
• Browsing data: cookies and technical data (see the Cookie Policy).
• The website does not deliberately collect sensitive data (health, political opinions, legal situation, etc.). A warning prompts users not to enter such information in the notes field. Any sensitive information voluntarily shared via WhatsApp is processed by the interpreter as part of the service delivery, with the confidentiality inherent to the profession.

Purposes of processing

• Responding to your contact request and organising the interpreting service;
• Ensuring the follow-up and delivery of the requested service;
• Measuring website audience, where applicable and only with your consent.

• No advertising tracking service is active without your consent. Any processors are subject to contractual clauses guaranteeing data protection.

Communications are encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is restricted to authorised personnel, and confidentiality is inherent to the interpreter's activity. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

Transfers outside the European Union

Hosting data is stored within the European Union. However, Google services (Google LLC, United States) may involve a transfer of data outside the EU. This transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
